Growing up I was so lucky to have been exposed to variety of amazing dishes, which is where my passion for food started. My amazing Mum taught me to cook from a young age, helping her and my Stede in the kitchen .

Throughout my adult life I have run various businesses in different industries, whilst my love and passion for good food and wine has grown. Four years ago I had my two beautiful twins and similar to my mum with me, I have been cooking with them a variety of Cypriot dishes. Often phoning my mum or Uncle George asking them how to cook certain dishes.

After long discussions we said what a shame it would be not to document our family recipes that have been passed down for generations and bring out our family cook book. I therefore made a promise to my Mum that I would make our dream a reality, and from that, DASAKI was born.

Since moving to Brighton, Uncle George lives round the corner from me and we love cooking, eating and drinking together. We are on an amazing journey as a family and through our website, YouTube Channel and social media platforms we hope you will join us as we put together our Family Cook Book. This is my dream and I plan to make it a reality.
